Warranty Conditions:

The manufacturer Monster24 GmbH provides a 2-year warranty on goods advertised with a warranty promise. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. The manufacturer's warranty service extends geographically to the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Should material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as the guarantor, will provide one of the following services within the scope of the warranty, at its discretion:

• free repair of the goods or
• free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model, if the original goods are no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods due to

• abusive or improper handling
• environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
• non-observance of any safety precautions
• non-observance of the operating instructions
• use of force (e.g. impact, shock, fall)
• unauthorized repair attempts
• normal wear and tear

A claim under the warranty requires that the guarantor be allowed to examine the warranty case by sending in the goods, at the guarantor's request. Care must be taken to avoid damage during transport by using appropriate packaging.

To apply for warranty service, you must provide the guarantor with proof of purchase upon request (e.g., by enclosing a copy of the original invoice for the submitted goods). We ask for your understanding that the manufacturer may refuse warranty service if no proof of purchase is provided, as it is used to calculate the warranty period. Furthermore, you must provide the name and address of the seller if this data does not appear on the submitted proof of purchase or if the data there is no longer current.

The warranty processing will be carriage free for you in any case. Any shipping costs you may have incurred will be reimbursed by the guarantor. If a paid removal of the goods is necessary for their shipment, the guarantor will bear the costs necessary for the removal.

Note:
Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not limited by this warranty promise and can be claimed by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us therefore remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
