I. Terms and Conditions of the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The following conditions apply to claiming the 30-day money-back guarantee:
1. If you, as a consumer, are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal (see: https://www.pauina.de/policies/refund-policy), we also grant you the right, within the framework of the aforementioned guarantee, to unwind the concluded contract as described below, by declaring in text form (e.g. letter, email) with reference to the 30-day money-back guarantee, within a further 30 days.
2. The 30-day period of the money-back guarantee begins after the expiry of the 15-day withdrawal period to which you are entitled according to the withdrawal policy. Timely dispatch of your declaration is sufficient to meet the deadline.
3. In the event of claiming the 30-day money-back guarantee, you bear the costs of outward and return shipping, as well as the shipping risk relating to the return of the goods.
4. When claiming the 30-day money-back guarantee, we will only refund the purchase price you paid. The claim to repayment of the purchase price only arises when we receive the goods. For the refund of the purchase price, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will make the refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
5. When exercising the 30-day money-back guarantee, the goods must reach us in their original packaging (if the goods were delivered in such packaging), complete, unused (if the goods were new when delivered) and undamaged. Otherwise, a refund of the purchase price is not possible, and we will then offer to return the goods to you at your expense and risk.
6. The 30-day money-back guarantee is granted exclusively to customers who concluded the original contract with us as consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Statutory rights regarding defects can be claimed by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights therefore remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
